Visa Invitation Letters
If you require an invitation letter for the purpose of obtaining a Visa to travel to the RTSS 2019 postponed conference, please contact the Local Organizer.
In your email, please include the following information:
- First and last name
- Gender (male / female)
- Date of birth (please use the format dd-MMM-yyyy, e.g. 01-Jan-1970 to avoid date/month confusion)
- Passport number and country of issue
- Affiliation (company or university name)
- Mail address
For authors of conference papers, brief presentations, RTSS@Work demos, workshop papers, special session papers, and tutorials that have been accepted for presentation at RTSS 2019, please also include the number, title, and type of paper.
For conference TPC members, please also indicate that you served on the program committee.
For other participants, please register before requesting an invitation letter. The organizers cannot provide you with an invitation letter without prior registration.
